Yes--we always answer the phone and emails are checked daily.
2. Do you offer same day service?
Yes! All of our locations offer same day service if you bring your items in by 11am. The main plant in Bridgeville accepts items until 1pm.
3. Do you clean on premises?
Our main plant in Bridgeville cleans and presses all clothes for our five locations.
4. Do you have a delivery service?
We have delivery in most areas from Wexford/Cranberry to Shadyside. Just call us with your name, address, and phone number, and we'll add you to the cycle right away. We bill once a month on a regular basis.
5. If I have my clothes delivered, how long does it take?
We are in your area two days per week for delivery and drop off.
6. Are your services affordable?
We are very reasonable and also have a bulk service that may help you (where your drycleaning is cleaned by the pound).
7. Do you have coupons?
Check the Enjoyment and Entertainment Books--we have coupons there!
8. Do you offer senior discounts?
Yes! We offer seniors a 10% discount.
9. Are labels important to cleaning?
Definitely. We read labels and follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions.

11. Do you clean laundry?
Yes! Just drop off a bag or basket and we'll take care of the rest. It is priced by the pound.
12. How much is bulk dry cleaning?
$5.75 per pound
13. What can I expect when I ask Ruth a question?
You can expect a speedy, detailed response with answers to any/every question you may have with no hidden facts or surprises.
14. I spilled red wine on my favorite white dress! Can Frank really remove this stain?
Challenge Frank anytime! He can remove most stains.
15. How is your dry cleaner different from the others?
We are different because we offer such an extensive list of services. Nothing exceeds experience and we have over 55 years serving the Pittsburgh area.
16. Do you clean and preserve wedding gowns?
Of course! The most beautiful gift to give yourself is the gift of preservation. We carefully clean and press your gown, sealing it in a 3 layer box with a viewing window that showcases the front.
17. Do you have gift certificates?
Actually, we offer gift certificates at our Mount Lebanon location, but they are valid for any of our locations.
18. Do you take Discover?
Yes! And we take Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, gift certificates, money orders, checks, and cash too.
19. Do you repair/replace zippers?
We have a zipper expert that can repair your zipper at no charge if you bring in business. If it needs to be replaced, you'll just pay a minimal charge depending upon the size that you need.
20. Are you open for business on weekends?
We are open on Saturdays until 4pm for pick up/drop off only. The laundromat is always open until 10pm.
21. Do you repair shoes?
Yes! We offer a fast two-day turnaround.
22. My drapes have been hanging up for 15 years. Can you clean them?
Yes, we clean by the pleat and press them flat, folded over a hanger. We will even come to your house, take them down, clean, press, and rehang them. Let us do the heavy lifting for you. If it is damaged, we can repair it on site.
